Manufacturing Warranty (Lenses)
We cover defects in your lenses caused by manufacturing faults for 1 year. However, this warranty doesn't include damage like scratches or stains, nor issues from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions or chemicals.
Prescription Warranty
If your prescription changes, or if you feel uncomfortable with the prescription we provided, we will replace the prescription for you for free within 2 weeks of your purchase. We'll happily refund your purchase if they fail to improve your vision or resolve the issues you're experiencing.*
